Flavor is a bit sour because of medicinal herbs but my experience has been very good with it. Useful to gain strength and immunity as it contains Ashwagandha (Winter cherry), Shatavari(Asparagus) and many other useful herbs. Bala is the main component of this medicine which strengthens the body and muscles and destroys Vata dosha in the body. Also benefits people incase they have problem with digestion because of a weak liver. Useful in winter season a lot as Ashwagandha heats up the body. I am saying so much because I have used Balarishta of this company as well as of Dabur and Baidyanath. All of them give similar results. Overall a must buy for everyone aspiring to be strong in today's world and it has no side effects.
