Good quality for daibetes control but this is not enough, Arjun kwath jamun beej powder and methi daana seed powder also required ,boil Arjun chal with one table spoon with 2 glass of water till it reduces to one glass take out form flame add 1/2jamun beej powder and1/2 teaspoon methi powder let it cool and drink empty stomach 1hour before meal 2time a day,,it reduces cholesterol control sugar level increases metabolism try this for atleast a month you will see results
