The ingredients list is not there on the box. It’s also not sugar free. The amount of sugar is less but it is there. Definitely a no-no for diabetics as my husband’s sugar levels shot up after having this.

This product isn’t fresh. Would have been great if it was fresh. The amla tastes stale as if it were old stock or stored for a long time. No problems though after I ate them and have completed the whole jar.

I am confused if it is without sugar than y its taste is sweet.And if u hold it for some minutes in ur hands if will make u feel like sugar has melted in ur hands.Its clear that it has gugar coating on it.Not a pure dried amla i must sayGud for baccha party to divert them from other candies
