It's celery seeds with normal salt. Now a person who would buy this is looking for salt replacement to avoid the harmful sodium in normal salt. This product cheats the person with that.This is no way a healthy product so look for more authentic salt replacement which will not have the normal salt content, if you are looking for that like I was. I wish it had the content shown in the image :(The image I have attached is after ripping the poly-covering which had a long label over this entire description.I wish I could return it.Not giving one star coz of the seller or the product it is my own disappointment.

very small container, the lid doesn't work right. this thing is mostly salt so that's really what you are paying for. was expecting a little more from naturesmith since their other products are not bad.
