Ingredient: Coriander Cumin Chilli CASSIA BARK (TAJ) Green Cardamom Clove Edible Common Salt Black Pepper Turmeric Bay Leaf Black Cardamom Caraway Fennel Dry Fenugreek Leaves Nutmeg Mace. Steps / How to make: - Cook 200g soaked rice for 4-5mins (Till more than half cooked) in 5 cups boiling water with 1 tbsp salt and 1 oil. Drain water completely and set aside. Make a paste of 50g curd and 2½ tbsp Suhana Biryani Masala and keep aside. - n a large pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add 80g chopped onion and saute until golden brown. Add paste and saute for a minute. - Add Vegetables (50g green peas blanched 50g cauliflower florets 100g carrot cut lengthwise 100g diagonally cut French beans) salt as per taste and cook for 15-20 minutes or till tender. Add water if required. - In a heavy bottomed casserole or pan mix well cooked rice vegetables ½ cup chopped mint leaves and ½ cup chopped coriander leaves. Cover the pot with a tight lid and cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. Garnish with crisp fried onions. Mix well and serve piping hot with cold mint raita.
