I like Urban Platter products in general and have purchased a lot (a lot!) of their products in recent times. I didn't like the packaging on this. It's very apparent that the stuff inside are brittle and easily breakable but the packaging this came on, they didn't even bother to put it in a box (it could've saved a lot), they just put it in a plastic bag and shipped, hence resulting in half of the stuff inside being broken, making it unusable. Quite disappointed at the level of care taken for the level of promotions. Otherwise I have no issue with quality.
