This forest honey is simply delicious. It has a sweet, earthy, woody flavor that I just can't get enough of! It's smooth and easy to spread. It's nice, rich amber color is pleasing. It's a natural sweeter and so adds a great flavor to the food, without being overpowering. I kick off my day with this honey, by adding just half a teaspoon in a glassful of mildly warm water.P. S. I also did the purity check, it doesn't get dissolve in water, just settles at the bottom.
