Pav Bhaji MasalaA relishing spice blend for all-time favourite buttered vegetablesOriginating in Mumbai Pavbhaji was the workingmanâs answer to a quick spicy and satisfying meal. Today it is a popular roadside snack in India. âBhajiâ us the Marathi and Hindi word for a vegetables preparation and this piquant version is eaten with âPavâ soft rolls smothered with hot salty butter. Steps:1- Pressure cook 200g potatoes 65g capsicum 50g cauliflower 75g green peas and mash well. 2- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan add 100g chopped onions and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté for 3-4 minutes till golden brown. 3- Add 150g tomato puree and sauté for 3-4 minutes until oil oozeâs out. Add mashed vegetables 3 tbsp Suhana Pav Bhaji Masala 2 cups water salt as per taste and cook till the mixture thickens. 4- Add 3 tbsp butter and garnish with chopped onion fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Suhana Tip:You can Use Suhana Pav Bhaji Masala to make Masala Pav and Tawa Pav.
