I am giving one star rating because unless I do , the system will not allow me to post a review. Now for the reason to why I would have ideally liked to give a negative rating - I opened a new packet of the rice noodles and followed the cooking suggestions on the packet by soaking noodles in cold water for a good 20 minutes , checking for softness but they remained hard. I decided to cook them in hot water for a few minutes to soften them and kept checking them again , waiting for them to soften. same result. when i tasted them , they tasted not just chewy but also stale . very disappointed with the product. will have to throw the entire packet. Can the sellers please call back for it and check what went wrong ?

Ordered 8th time but different seller this time. Noodles are quite good but packaging this time almost crushed the noodels and now all I can do is to make them as rice. Worst experience.
