Brought it on 22nd April 2021, manufacturing date was march 31st...the product was super fresh...open the tin, wash under running water... Cut and cook as per any recipe...I used ghee in recipe instead of butter... Cooked in micro+ grill mode(available in IFB micro).. Go for it... My family went crazy.... A lot better than street side chaap.

I made afgani chaap with this. Everyone liked it. It's good. It was my first time making soya chaap so can't comment on the quality as I cannot compare. But it was hard for me to remove the ice cream stick out of it without breaking the chaap. Also, as I tried to wash it once as it was immersed in brine, my chaap started dismantling and the wrap opened up. But overall it is good for the price.

Packaging was worst, the tins were dented a lot. But taste and softness is good. Very unsatisfied with the condition of tins this arrived.
