Very good quality seeds. Fresh and smoother in taste, than what I have purchased earlier. Only thing that puzzled me is their box says best before 6 months from packaging date but I don't understand how raw seeds can have an expiry date that too so soon. Nevertheless anyhow they won't last 6 months, and the best option in seed combo on Amazon. Recommended.

I ordered this set of four seeds from Greenfinity to begin my weight loss journey.The portions are good for a first time buyer as these four seeds - Chia & Flax (300gms), Sunflower & Pumpkin (250gms) would help set a tone for daily consumption.Daily limit for these seeds would be around 2 tbsp per day each. These are high in protein content and not recommended for Kidney/renal patients .So do check with your dietician or doctor before consuming if you have any pre existing conditions.For those who are healthy and want a quick fix breakfast or weight loss foods, then I would certainly recommend first getting this as they come in separately packaged containers and easy to store.A wide variety of receipies are available.The seeds are of good quality without adulteration. Especially the pumpkin and sunflower seeds are specifically picked large ,intact seeds.I just wish for the second time buy, I can avoid the plastic container and they send paper bag packing so that we can refill and reduce plastic.By the way - these are non flavoured - no salt / sugar.
