Lot of adulteration in the seeds. After boiling in milk, you'll see a lot of sediments sitting at the bottom. Like black mud.

I use these seeds to make coconut aliv seeds ladoo and they taste delicious. Also the price of seeds is very reasonable and economical. Dont fall prey into organic claims by other brands they are pricey and quality is same. Aliv seeds are very good source of iron and help in increasing hemoglobin too. I soak seeds in coconut water first for 1-2 hours. Then I add dessicated coconut and gur along with ghee. Once cool I bind them and keep in fridge. Good for 15 days.
