Jaggery "powder" is always clumped. It's a good product, otherwise.Whether I buy it here or locally, clumping is always an issue. It is understandable in the rainy season, but this issue is prevalent all through the year.Overall, a better substitute for sugar anyday. In fact, I like its taste better.Pro-tip! When using in tea, add in the powder once the tea is made. If you add it while boiling, taste will be weird.If you agree with my observations, please feel free to upvote!
