How to make Red Sauce Macaroni Elbow Pasta (Serving for 4 people): - In a pan boil 9 cups of water. Add 3 cup of Ciba Taaza Macaroni Elbow Pasta 1 tsp of oil and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10-15 min. Once cooked drain excess water and keep aside. Heat 3 tsp olive oil in a pan. After that add chopped garlic 6 cloves 2 onions and let it cook. Add 1 cup red and yellow capsicum (diced) saute it. Now add tomato puree of 6 tomatoes and salt to taste. Add 4 tsp pizza pasta sauce and let it cook. Mix Ciba Taaza Tangy Pasta Masala acc. to taste and boiled pasta. Mix well and cook for 2 min. Garnish it with grated cheese and serve hot. Note: - For White Sauce Pasta Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 3 tbsp maida and stir for 1-2 min. Add 1.5 glass of milk slowly and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. White sauce is ready for pasta (instead of tomato puree and pizza pasta sauce add white sauce in the above mixture).
