I have been using mustard oil by getting mustard seed extracted in expeller. So, quite aware how mustard oil tastes. Black mustard is preferred as it is most tasty and has mild pungency typical of mustard oil. Yellow mustard is not a preferred one as it is so plain. So pure for sure.Cost of Rs.265/- for 915 ml is very much on higher side. Even if we add packaging and logistics, it should not cost this much.
