This olive oil is really good. I have been using this for a long. It's healthy and so you can consume it regularly, just replace your cooking oil with this and see the difference. It can be use for deep frying also. Trust me you will not feel any acidity or bloating kind of thing in your stomach which usually happens after having fried food in any other refined oil. It feels very light after consuming... Go for it ????????
