Not good....it remains undisolved in warm water. Not sure how good it is for health. Being a lactose intolerance I was having high hopes from this.

I bought it for my son, he hated it. Then I decided to try it and my son was right.It refused to dissolve in water, no matter what the temperature was. You don't get a consistent texture even after steering it. I didn't like the taste of it. Sorry to say won't order it again.

It has a very nice flavour... But don't expect to mix it into water and create a substitute for milk. It is for everything else. Oh by the way...it is sweet..so not for people watching their weight
