Firstly I received a near expiry product. Secondly it's everything you don't want it to be. When one buys a flavoured powder with ample sugar in it, the least one expects is a good taste. Sadly it tastes horrible. On top of that the mixability is pathetic. You can feel the powdery consistency no matter what. Many better options available. Edit: The reviews and ratings provided on Amazon are clubbed for all their flavours. While the unflavoured is good the chocolate one is not. So buy accordingly. Added one star for a good customer care support offered by urban platter.

Disadvantages
I got lactose intolerance and mainly have soy milk. Had bought it earlier, and it all got wasted. Doesn't mix properly. The taste is not good. Not worth it.
