When it comes to healthy diet, I trust Kellogg's. I have now been using this product for almost a month, I take 40grams per serving as advised. I prepare it either with milk and some dry fruits and time with water and make it into masala oats. Either way, I feel full and healthy with its rich fiber. Try to have it as everyday breakfast or a light dinner, you could see visible results in weightloss.

It's mentioned 100% rolled oats on the packet. Cultivation origin also different nations worldwide, even pricing is reasonable according to other brands instant oats. So, I go with it. But reseller packaging was poor, just comes with an Amazon plastic sealed bag instead of any box. Products may damage anytime during shipment.

When I got this item my kids got excited... even my wife like this item. I eat breakfast of oats thrice a week. It's really good as the second option or flavor after you already have a similar product at home. SUGGESTION: Don't buy if you are going to buy oats for the first time. It doesn't have good taste. It is a very weird flavor.
