A wondrous traditional monochromatic Madhubani painting extensively detailing the web of life where a fish becomes a part of the bird when it feeds on it and the bird is dependent on the tree and the tree gets nutrients from both as perceived by the artist. The strokes of the painting quill are very fine but distinct. These paintings are inspired by folklore. Only hand made paper cured with cow dung is utilized and is a signature livelihood of the painters of Madhubani, Bihar, India.
