The size of this bag is huge. Enough to carry all of my accessories. Unfortunately, it is not designed to lift that amount of weight. The strap started wearing off after 2 months of use.Here is the list of stuff I carried in it for 2 months- wrist straps, gloves, 1l water bottle, 2 belts, 1 pull up band, sweat towel, elbow support.If you are buying because you want to carry a lot of accessories, then this bag won't fulfil your purpose.

Good quality bag, light weight and good for your money. The thread came out of the zipper stitching. I believe it could just be mine only, so i didnt send it back. That is minor but still good product..
